Poison, Over and Over

The sweetest sting covered me

It stung so good

That my blood began to boil

And i took off running

My knees cracked

My brain turned fuzzy

I guzzled you down like I’d been drinking poison

And you were sweet nectar

To my starving tongue

Eventually a faint gradient tucked me away

Like wool on my naked skin

Whisper what you’ll do for me

Scribble your discomfort all over me

Fill me up so that you can drain me

Sting me over and over

How my body aches

For your static fondness

How my ears pine

For your vacant refrains.
